How much are the assessments? How do I pay them?
Association assessments are $120 a month. These funds pay for a variety of maintenance, operation and management expenses. Maintenance includes upkeep and necessary repairs of common areas and amenities, while operation expenses include utilities and insurance. An example of these types of expenses include repairing damage to the common area sidewalks or fencing. Management expenses include a full-time, on-site Association team. Assessments also contribute to a vibrant lifestyle program as well as resident communications.
