  • chevron_rightWho is CCMC?
    The Association has a contract with CCMC to manage the day-to-day operations of the Community Association. CCMC was formed in 1973 and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. CCMC operates in 10 states and manages more than 200 Associations. The role of CCMC is to implement the policies set by the Board of Directors, manage the financial aspects of the Association, supervise the companies contracted to work on-site, enforce the covenants, ensure that all modifications to the exterior of the home are in compliance with the Design Guidelines and oversee the common areas as well as lifestyle operations.
    The Community Manager has general oversight of the Community Association and staff members. The Lifestyle Director oversees the planning and implementation of all lifestyle programming, amenity usage and all Association communications

  • chevron_rightHow much are the assessments? How do I pay them?
    Association assessments are $396 quarterly. These funds pay for a variety of maintenance, operation, and management expenses. Maintenance includes upkeep and necessary repairs of common areas and amenities, while operating expenses include utilities and insurance. An example of these types of expenses includes repairing damage to the common area sidewalks or fencing. Management expenses include a full-time, on-site Association team. Assessments also contribute to a vibrant lifestyle program as well as resident communications.
